  Before you tried the 10 Minute Corporate Fat Loss Plan, what are the weight loss programs and diets you have tried before?

Zara: I’ve tried Marie France Bodyline and Herbalife.

 

Why do you think those other programs and diet didn’t work for you?

Zara: For Marie France, I only tried the trial treatment. They suggested me to do another 5,6 treatment to get my ideal body figure which will cost me a lot of $$ for each visit. I refused their service as I think it is really expensive and I’ll put no effort beside paying the bill to be slim.

For Herbalife, I quit to consume those protein shake as it is expensive too,I had to buy 3 or 4 vitamins things. I can’t afford to buy everything and I was unable to replace my meal with Herbalife consistently. I forced myself to drink the protein shake etc and end up,my body became big and muscular. My family noticed it and asked me to stop because my body really look weird.

 

What made you want to give the 10 Minutes Corporate Fat Loss Plan a try?
Zara: I was totally convinced by the logic of the article written by Daniel Ho and of course the photos Daniel shared which is the proof / result that I need to see

 

What do you think makes 10 Minute Corporate Fat Loss Plan different from those others you’ve tried?

Zara: : It thought me the facts,myths do’s and don’ts in leading healthy lifestyle before started to lose some weight which help us to act wisely when trying to lose weight without following the book blindly. Like the facts of jogging sucks for losing weight etc etc. it makes me understand more and get to know the right way to lose weight.

 

What was your experience with the program after you tried it for the first few weeks?

Zara: Its not that tough for me when I started this program as I used to do push ups,crunches which I watched from youtube on how to get rid those belly etc. I felt motivated every time I do the exercises,and I had fun doing those exercises. with the workout booklet,the workout video etc,motivation from Daniel when he’s sending links and useful tips from his blog or FB. I felt fantastic for sure!! every end of the month I see the results on my body it is really amazing! My body become lighter and energetic and I started to love to use the stairs instead the escalators.

 

How do you feel now that you have loss all that weight? (Did you friends and family notice your change?)

Zara: I can wear my old clothes,pants etc, when I wear my old dress I felt like I’m wearing big dress because before this I wore them all seems tight to me! and now I can wear size S tshirts!! I used to wear L size tshirts!!! My family and friend was noticing it and said ‘wow u look slim’ ‘what happened to you’ etc.

 

For people who are thinking about trying the program but are a little skeptical, what would you say to them?

Zara: First thing you have to do is to correct your mindset,commit to yourself to be discipline and a never die spirit. If you yourself are not sure to commit to help yourself in losing weight, then you should help yourself first before the program helps you. There is no result without action and effort,you have to help yourself then others can help you. This program help you to discipline yourself and trust yourself because Daniel can give all sorts of help but if you don’t do anything then you can never lose weight.

Before you tried the 10 Minute Corporate Fat Loss Plan, what are the weight loss programs and diets you have tried before?

Nazri: I tried some herbal slimming pills and did some jogging (at a consistent pace!).

 

Why do you think those other programs and diet didn’t work for you?

Nazri: The slimming pills work only during the initial stage and later I don’t see any difference. I guess my body got used to it, hence it didn’t work anymore.  As for the jogging, I later learnt that it was the wrong method. Haha!

 

What made you want to give the 10 Minutes Corporate Fat Loss Plan a try?

Nazri: The program spcifically states ‘for busy professionals’. That’s the catch for me. The before and after photo of yourself serves as an inspiration as well. Hehe! Also, somehow I have this unexplained faith that this program will work for me.

 

What do you think makes 10 Minute Corporate Fat Loss Plan different from those others you’ve tried?

Nazri: : The plan contains facts and necessary information on fat loss. It’s precise and straightforward. The meal plans and exercise routine serves as a useful guide for the 5 weeks and having the video helps a lot so that I can have visuals of the routines instead of just reading about it. Being able to communicate with you is an added bonus! That way, I always have someone to turn to in times of doubt. All that for the price I paid is simply awesome! 🙂

 

What was your experience with the program after you tried it for the first few weeks?

Nazri: It was dificult to kick-start on the program initially because honestly, not many likes to exercise first thing in the morning and give up on all those food that we enjoy eating. But I was determined to give it a shot and I’m glad I did. I first saw the results during the third week, though I noticed my weight is going down during the second week.

 

How do you feel now that you have loss all that weight? (Did you friends and family notice your change?)

Nazri: It makes me feel brand new and somehow it instills this new confidence in me. Everyone noticed the difference – my colleagues, friends, family members, reservist mates and even those I haven’t met for a long time. All of them have something good to say. (Off the record, some said I lost too much weight and begins to worry for me. Haha!)

 

For people who are thinking about trying the program but are a little skeptical, what would you say to them?

Nazri: It’s alright to be skeptical. I was too. Just have that faith that this will work (and it does!) and put your mind into it. Believe in the program and complete the 5 weeks religiously!
